Merton Health & Wellbeing

Population Health, a team of independent registered public health specialists, partnered with the London Borough of Merton and a range of stakeholders to develop their Health and Wellbeing Strategy for 2025–2030. The project centred on extensive stakeholder engagement to shape and bring the strategy to life. My role focused on supporting Population Health in crafting a strong visual narrative throughout this journey and designing the final reports. I was responsible for producing visually engaging, accessible documents that effectively communicated the strategy’s vision and key messages.
